Research On Performance Evaluation And Mechanism Construction Of Enterprise Credit Information Sharing In Jinchang City From The Perspective Of Cooperative Governance

Credit is the cornerstone of market economy,and credit investigation is the bridge for economic development.In the era of big data,credit investigation not only brings new development opportunities,but also brings a series of new challenges in the aspects of technology,security and regulation etc..Therefore,local government departments face new difficulties on how to establish a corporate credit information sharing mechanism in the context of big data and to promote the innovative.development of digital economy.This paper will study the credit information sharing mechanism in Jinchang City under the theoretical knowledge of public management by using methods of literature,questionnaire survey and so on.At first,the paper studies the research on credit information sharing mechanism of domestic and foreign enterprises.By studying,the paper defines the concept of enterprise credit information and corporate credit information sharing mechanism,analyzes the reasons of enterprise credit information sharing,and discusses the theoretical basis on operation of enterprise credit information sharing mechanism.Secondly,the paper summarizes the benefits of the credit information sharing in Jinchang City since 2006.Then the credit information sharing requirements of enterprises at the social level are analyzed through collecting questionnaires of credit information in Jinchang City.Based on the above research,this paper evaluates the construction of credit information sharing mechanism in Jinchang City and analyzes the problems under the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard.In the end,on the basis of the analysis of credit information sharing mode at home and abroad,the paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures such as promoting the construction of corporate credit laws andregulations,developing the credit information market,strengthening cooperation between functional departments,continuing the integrity of moral education,and creating credit enterprises.
