Study On Municipal Department Credit Information Sharing Mechanism Of Jiuquan City

The construction of social credit system is an important system construction under the condition of socialist market economy in China.Its purpose is to build a more fair market and social environment based on the level of individual credit.In the process of the construction of social credit system,it is important to realize the full sharing of the public credit information of the whole society.In the current development environment of our country,the credit information grasped and produced by the government departments accounts for the vast majority of the social credit information,and it has the leading and authority.However,due to the factors such as safeguarding the interests of the department,lack of sharing awareness and lack of technical means,the government departments often form an information island,which can not realize the sharing of credit information well,and to a large extent hinders the pace of the construction of a credit society.In this paper,Jiuquan City,a city with a relatively late start in the construction of social credit system in the western region,is taken as the research object to analyze the restrictive factors existing in the credit information sharing of government departments,such as low information utilization rate,lack of unified standards,high cost of sharing,low investment and service level,and the reasons for their occurrence.By studying the practices and practical experience of credit information sharing at home and abroad,it is proposed that In order to break the information barrier between the government departments,reduce the information asymmetry between the government and the society,improve the administrative efficiency of the government departments,and enhance the whole society's awareness of honesty and credit.It also has a certain reference value to other social credit information sharing besides government credit information.
