Research On The Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation Through Rural Tourism In Hanggin Banner Of Inner Mongolia Under The Government-led Development Model

In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development,people's income and quality of life are constantly improving,so that travel and recreation have become the choices of daily life.Rural tourism,which enables people feel the original ecological scenery and folk culture,has been favored by tourists.Rural tourism has become a new force in poverty alleviation with industrial vitality,market advantages,restoration ability and driving role.Great expectations have been placed on poverty alleviation through rural tourism in order to speed up the improvement of the economic backwardness owning to poverty and achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.By implementing the rural tourism poverty alleviation policy,the government can not only help poor residents increase their income,but also improve infrastructure construction,optimize tourism products and tourism services,and reflect the public value theory's focus on collective preferences and the importance of politics.Therefore,how to make better use of rural tourism to achieve poverty alleviation has become a practical research topic.This paper,taking Hanggin Banner in Inner Mongolia as the research object,introduces the conditions of poverty alleviation through rural tourism under the government-led development model and analyses the public product attributes of poverty alleviation through rural tourism.Hanggin Banner is rich in natural and humanistic tourism resources,and has the preconditions and advantages of poverty alleviation through rural tourism.At the same time,Hanggin Banner is the main battlefield to fight against poverty in Ordos City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,because there is the highest proportion of poverty-stricken people and the deepest degree of poverty.The proportion of poverty-stricken people at the national level in Hanggin Banner counts more than 27% of the whole city,so there is a long way to go to alleviate poverty.By focusing on the development conditions of poverty alleviation through rural tourism in Hanggin Banner,this paper analyses the problems in the development of poverty alleviation through rural tourism under the government-led development model,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to local conditions,in order to provide some useful references for the development of poverty alleviation through rural tourism in this area.
