Study On Service Quality Improvement Of Public Welfare Institutions

As a basic and pioneering task for water transportation,navigational security plays a crucial role in building an integrated transportation system and promoting the implementation of the national strategy for “Marine potestatem”.How to adapt to the needs of the economic and social development in the Bohai Bay with the Binhai New District as the leader,give full play to the functions of maritime services,and increase the ability of public institutions to provide public services with the goal of improving public satisfaction has become a major issue for the maritime authorities.In this research,in order to enhance the maritime public service capacity building as the research target,under the background of institution reform in China,for public welfare institution X Aids to Navigation with the introduction of the current work of the quality management system promotes the public service ability is summarized,to explore the quality management system of X Aids to Navigation in the build process,operation and effect of the content made a detailed description.Through questionnaire investigation,using the internal standardization management and social satisfaction survey in two ways by outside introversion lookup beacons limitations and deficiencies exist in the process of quality management,and puts forward the necessity of quality improvement.According to the specific situation of the problem,the causality diagram is used to fully expand the thinking,to dig into the causes,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions on how to improve the service quality.Based on X Aids to Navigation place as the breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the public welfare institution prone to the problem of service quality management process,using quality improvement tools put forward his opinion on how to improve the quality of services.By introducing quality management and quality improvement process to find the focus of the public welfare institution reform,policy implementation and meet the needs of the service object into the work,to promote a smooth and efficient work mechanism.However,this paper only carries out research from the micro level,and the theoretical research on how to accelerate the macro strategy of public sector quality management and quality improvement is still lack of exploration.
