As the concept of service consumption is upgraded iteratively,the quality of service has become a social focus,and gradually penetrated into the field of government services.At present,China is in the critical period of tax collection and management reform and transformation and upgrading of service-oriented government.To continuously improve the quality of public services and effectively meet the public service needs of the public is the core issue that governments at all levels need to pay attention to.How to effectively guarantee the quality of tax service and continuously close the distance between taxpayers and tax institutions has become an important issue of the tax system,which is related to the success of the transformation of service-oriented government and the effectiveness of tax reform.As a grass-roots tax unit of L Taxation Bureau,P City Taxation Bureau directly faces the grass-roots people.Although P City Taxation Bureau has made positive efforts in the control standard system of tax service quality,the reward and punishment system of tax service quality and the management of tax service,there is still a certain gap between P City Taxation Bureau and the needs of taxpayers.Based on this,this paper takes P City Taxation Bureau as the research object,combines the author's practical experience in service management in P City Taxation Bureau,uses the relevant theory of service quality management,and draws on the relevant literature of service quality management at home and abroad,comprehensively and thoroughly studies the current situation of tax service quality management in P City Taxation Bureau.By using the method of questionnaire,this paper analyses the service quality of P City Taxation Bureau,and concludes that the problems of service quality management of P City Taxation Bureau mainly include low reliability of service quality,insufficient responsiveness of service quality,insufficient assurance of service quality,insufficient empathy of service quality and insufficient tangibility of service quality.The reasons for the problems in the quality of tax service of P City Taxation Bureau are analyzed,including the lack of formation of the concept of the quality of tax service,the irrational age structure of taxpayers,the lack of analysis of the needs of taxpayers,the low quality of taxpayers,the imperfect assessment and supervision of the quality of tax service,and the weak informationization ability of tax service.According to the problems existing in the taxation service quality of P Municipal Taxation Bureau,this paper puts forward targeted strategies to improve the service quality.In terms of the reliability of service quality,it puts forward the formulation of rules and regulations and the improvement of service quality standard system.In terms of the responsiveness of service quality,it puts forward strengthening the cooperation and development between departments and departments.In terms of service quality assurance,it puts forward to improve the ability of tax personnel and rationally allocate tax service personnel;in terms of service quality empathy,it puts forward to strengthen communication and communication with taxpayers and implement total quality management and human-based management;and in terms of service quality tangibility.On the other hand,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of software and hardware facilities of tax service and strengthen the construction of tax service places.Through the study on the quality of tax service of P City Tax Bureau,it can help P City Tax Bureau to formulate targeted strategies to improve the quality of tax service,and provide reference for other tax bureaus to improve the quality of tax service.
