Research On The Development Strategy Of Sino-integrity Law Firm

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has begun to promote the strategy of governing the country according to law,the domestic economy is picking up,the global economic integration process is accelerating,the reform of the judicial system has been implemented in an all-round manner,and the lawyer's right protection mechanism has become more perfect.In this context,China's lawyer industry ushered in new opportunities for rapid development.In this environment and background,the law firm seeks survival and development,and is facing increasing pressure for competition.Choosing the appropriate development strategy and the management model of innovative law firms has become a major issue that law firms must face and solve in order to cope with market competition.Based on the development of the legal profession and the legal service market,this article takes Sino-Integrity Law Firm as the research object,uses the PEST model to analyze the macro environment,analyzes the industry environment with the five force analysis method,and combines the SWOT analysis method to study.Subjects develop strategic plans for development and implementation measures to provide reference for similar long-term development of law firms.This article is mainly divided into five chapters: The first chapter is introduction: Explain the research background and significance of the paper,the main content and ideas of the paper,and summarize the research results at home and abroad in recent years.Chapter II Analysis of the External Environment.The PEST model was used to analyze the macro-environment and the development opportunities of the research objects were clearly defined.Analysis of industry environment by five force analysis and clarify the competitive situation faced by the research subjects.The third chapter analyzes the internal environment.The basic situation of the research object,management structure,human resources status,business process,service areas and major customers are briefly described,and the problems existing in the research object are pointed out and the causes are analyzed.Chapter IV Strategy Formulation and Selection.Using the SWOT analysis method,we analyze and match internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats,and propose that the research object should choose the target aggregation strategy and differentiation strategy to achieve professionalization of its services and high-end services.Chapter V Implementation Measures for Development Strategy.From the implementation of the retraining system,the formation of professional teams,the implementation of talent introduction measures,the merger of professional small and medium-sized law firms,strengthening the marketing of law firms and focusing on brand building and other aspects to ensure the implementation of the development strategy.Studies have shown that Sino-Integrity Law Firm has to further pursue and expand its own strengths,overcome disadvantages,and speed up the implementation of specialization and high-end strategies in order to pursue the development of a law firm with specialization,rapid development of scale,and increasingly fierce market competition.
