Research On Corruption Control Of Village Cadres In X City

Rural cadres are people living around farmers.Once village cadres become corrupt,it will also have a great impact on rural areas.Although the country has launched a number of "tiger fighting" campaigns since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the common people have not experienced and felt these personally.The corrupt behavior of village cadres is often from the common people's interests,against the common people's vital interests,will inevitably be hated by the common people.In the current environment of strict party governance,the corruption of village cadres has gradually become hidden and collectivized.Only when farmers live and work in peace and contentment can social development and national progress be promoted.Corruption at the grassroots level in rural areas not only hinders social and economic development,but also shakes the ruling foundation of the party and affects social stability.This study adopts literature analysis method,practical investigation method and case analysis method to analyze the main manifestations of grassroots corruption in rural areas,such as black-box operation,corruption and bribery,power for personal gain,infringement of the interests of the masses,eating and drinking with public funds,and amassing wealth by wantonly.In this paper,from the political factor,economic factor,personal factor,other factors four aspects analyzes the causes of corruption of village cadres at the grassroots level,rural cadre corrupt political factors include weakening the party's core leadership,public power alienation,the system is not sound,the law is not sound,basic discipline supervision and the effect is not obvious,economic factors including the treatment of village collective economic growing,village cadres is low,corruption of low cost,large gains,personal factors such as age,culture level,political literacy,other causes include the ideological work,ranking of clan influence and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent and control corruption of village cadres by strengthening the party's leadership to consolidate the political foundation,speeding up the system construction,tightening the system cage,improving the overall quality of village cadres,strengthening the style construction,and intensifying the punishment of corruption.Research shows that in the past five years,X city has received a large number of letters and visits from the masses about corruption and violation of discipline and law of village cadres.The number of cases filed by rural cadres accounts for about 80% of the total number of cases filed in the city.Through the research,we can strengthen the attention of the construction of the corruption problem of village cadres,and ensure that the whole society can have a good atmosphere of development.This paper puts forward the countermeasures for further strengthening the construction of rural grassroots anti-corruption of X city,rural cadre corruption prevention is of great importance,at the same time,the strategy of rejuvenating rural fell a positive role in promoting efficient,and can thoroughly solve the current problems faced by the rural society and alleviate the current grass-roots bad feelings,effectively promote the masses,the masses of comprehensive construction of a harmonious relationship.
