| According to the relevant survey report,the total number of people aged over 60 in China is 264 million,accounting for 18.70%of all the population,and the total number of people aged over 65 is 190 million,accounting for 13.50%of all the population.The total number of elderly people and the dependency ratio are in a state of continuous increase,and by 2021,the dependency ratio of the elderly population in China will reach By 2021,the dependency ratio of China’s elderly population will reach 20 per cent.The problem of an ageing population is not optimistic,and the contradiction of "getting old before getting rich" is a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.In addition,most of the families in China have a structure of "4-2-1" and the pressure on the elderly is increasing,so the family model of elderly care can no longer play a major role.The need for elderly care services is no longer met by the traditional elderly care model.In this context,a new elderly care model has emerged that integrates institutional and family carethe home care model,which can ensure that the individual needs of the elderly are met and further promote the construction of the elderly care service system in China.However,at the same time,with the development and popularity of the Internet,big data and other high-tech technologies,information technologies such as the Internet,cloud data and artificial intelligence are cooperating with many traditional industries,thus promoting the innovative development of traditional industries and gaining new momentum.As a result,more and more industries are joining in and the "Internet+"initiative is deepening,resulting in a new "Internet+"model of elderly care that is gaining more and more attention from society and is gaining prominence.It makes it possible to accurately supply the needs of the elderly,helps to optimise the allocation of resources and improve efficiency,thus providing better elderly services for the elderly,improving the quality of their lives and enhancing their sense of well-being.This paper studies the"Internet+" home care service from the perspective of the needs of the elderly,by summarising the literature and research materials on this subject at home and abroad,collecting the concepts related to the "Internet+" home care service,based on Maslow’s level of needs Based on Maslow’s theory of needs,healthy ageing,community care and welfare pluralism,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the elderly aged 60 or above in the central district of Jinan,and 500 valid questionnaires were returned.The questionnaire focused on the personal,family,social and self-perceptions of the elderly,including gender,age,education level,health,income,marital status,number of offspring and filial piety of their offspring,residence style of the elderly,publicity in their community,willingness to pay for "Internet+"home care services,and the cost of "Internet+" services.A total of 13 factors were used as indicators for the independent variables,and the Internet+home care services were set as indicators for the dependent variables.The empirical data obtained from the study shows that five factors,namely the age of the elderly,their health condition,their living style,the strength of community publicity and their willingness to pay for the cost of the Internet+home care services,have a significant impact on the demand for the Internet+home care services."The results show that five factors,namely age,health status,residence style,community awareness and willingness to pay for the cost of Internet+ageing-in-place services,have a significant impact on the demand for Internet+ageing-in-place services.Ultimately,according to the results,the recommendations for solutions that can effectively promote the development of "Internet+" ageing-in-place services are,firstly,to be able to guarantee the rich and diversified needs of the elderly for ageing-in-place services,and to accomplish this goal,it is necessary to first provide"Internet+" To achieve this goal,firstly,we need to provide "Internet+" daily living care services for the elderly,secondly,"Internet+" health and safety services for the elderly at home should be given an important position,and finally,"Internet+"intelligent social services should be improved and implemented;secondly,we should create a diversified "Thirdly,we should promote "Internet+" home care services through multiple channels and change the consumption concept of the elderly,and fourthly,we should build a professional talent team. |
