Research On Trust Construction Of Public Interest Crowdfunding Based On WeChat Social Media

With the development of mobile social networking,the public welfare crowdfunding information in WeChat friend circle has gradually entered people's vision.Acquaintances WeChat friends based on real life relationship,the basis of the traditional society of "human","face","relationship" with WeChat social media as a representative of modern network technology,the combination of form of different nodes trust relationship network,which is based on WeChat social media public welfare and the raise of the main cause of vigorous development.However,the frequent occurrence of fake public welfare events shows that public welfare crowdfunding is facing a serious crisis of trust.Therefore,it is urgent to study the trust of public funding in the social media environment.In this study,trust issues in public crowdfunding activities were selected as the research topic,and six cases from three platforms of easy funding,drip funding and love funding were selected as the research objects to discuss the trust construction of trusters in public crowdfunding activities.Based on text analysis,in-depth interview and other methods,this paper focuses on the following questions: what kind of trust did participants establish in the participation process of public funding? What is the construction mechanism and process of trust?Through the research,it is found that the network trust in public funding is a comprehensive trust mechanism composed of the subject level,the object level and the relationship level.In the trust mechanism,contains both the "acquaintances" in the traditional society,"human","face","mutual benefit",such as simple trust model,also manifests the modern new technology and derived the trust mechanism,for example,new media,represented by WeChat as a bridge of information transmission,will cause the information conformity platform to raise raise WeChat circle of friends,through the layers of overlapping circle of friends,social networks connect trust,from both the trust and broaden the scope of trust,from pure trust in "acquaintance" extended to the third person as the mediation of the trust of the "stranger".In addition,the trust of the public welfare the raise construction is a dynamic development process,the public and all the participants to raise after the raise informationfound,after a series of information accumulation,and in the aspect of the subject,object and the relationship between level of trust mechanism on the basis of subjective judgment,different trust mechanism under the action of subjective judgment will produce different path of trust,or increase or decrease,or interrupt,reflects the raise trust in the network society is established and is not once and for all,need time for maintenance.At the same time,it also shows that the construction of network trust is far from enough to rely on the power of interpersonal relationship,and needs to be transformed to systems,systems and other mechanisms.In addition,the author also thinks about the existing problems in the current public funding,such as the overdraft of social capital caused by the frequent forwarding of crowdfunding links,in the hope that this emerging form of online crowdfunding can get rid of the crisis of trust and become the most dynamic public funding form in China that can achieve social mutual assistance to the greatest extent.
