The Study On The Cultivation Of Bank Employee's Professional Ethics

China is in a period of high-quality development of the banking industry,and the pace of high-quality development requires that the professional ethics of the staff should adapt to it.The professional ethics of the staff of the bank determines the overall moral quality of the banking industry.In recent years,there have been serious problems in the professional ethics of some employees.Cases caused by the professional ethics of employees have occurred from time to time in the bank,which have seriously affected the smooth development of the cultivation of professional ethics.Meanwhile the phenomenon further disrupted the normal operation of the bank order,and caused huge losses to the state property.Therefore,we should strengthen the research on the cultivation of bank employees' professional ethics,enhance the core competitiveness of Banks,which can promote the stable and rapid development of Banks.Based on the relevant theories and principles of professional ethics,this paper expounds the subject of cultivating professional ethics of bank employees from four aspects.The first part: this paper expatiates on the background,research purpose and significance,literature review,and puts forward the research methods and ideas.The second part: About the bank staff professional ethics related concept definition.First of all,this paper analyzes the meaning of ethics and the meaning and characteristics of professional ethics.On this basis,this paper analyzes the meaning of professional ethics of bank employees,and expounds the significance of strengthening the cultivation of professional ethics of bank employees.Part three: The problems of bank staff's professional ethics.This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the professional ethics of bank employees in China,summarizes the problems existing in the professional ethics of bank employees,and discusses their characteristics and harmfulness.probing into the causes of the problems existing in the cultivation of bank staff's professional ethics.In this part,based on the existing problems of bank employees' ethics,the author probes into the reasons for theproblems in the cultivation of bank employees' professional ethics in China in detail,which laying a foundation for the author to put forward reasonable Suggestions in the next part.Part four: Some measures about strengthening the cultivation of bank staff's professional ethics.Based on the previous analysis,this part puts forward targeted Suggestions in many aspects to use the ethics,economics,management and other achievements as a basis and guidance,in order to add some Suggestions for the future research on the cultivation of bank employees' professional ethics.
