Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Participation In The Construction Of "Micro-neighborhood Of Wuchang"

The consensus of global city managers is to seize the development opportunities of smart city,lead cities to innovate in social governance,promote urban curve crossing,and realize sustainable urban development in the increasingly developed of A new generation of information technology such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and so on.City managers regard intelligence enhancement in various fields like economic development,social governance,government services,people's livelihood security and infrastructure construction as one of their important strategies.People are the main body of the city.The reform and renewal of the city is to promote the all-round development of the economy,society and people.Guided by people-oriented development philosophy,the whole construction cycle of smart city and intelligent application including planning,implementation,development and operation need the active participation of the public.In view of the prominent phenomenon of ignoring public participation in the construction of smart city,this paper adopt the literature research method to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the research status at home and abroad,and emphasize the importance of public participation in the construction of smart city.This paper adopt the case analysis method and makes a case study of the WeChat public account-“Micro-Neighborhood of Wuchang”,which is the typical project in the construction of “Smart Wuchang”.Using the detailed content,real data and plain logic,this paper analyze the current situation and existing problems of public participation in "Micro-Neighborhood of Wuchang ".By using inductive deduction method,specific countermeasures to promote public participation in the construction of "MicroNeighborhood of Wuchang" are summarized,so as to expand and sublimate the improvement measures in the whole process of the construction of smart city,such as broadening the scope of public participation,increasing the frequency of public participation,raising the degree of public satisfaction and promoting the upgrade of public participation.Through case study and analysis,this paper highlight that smart city builders should find out their role positioning and firmly establish the objective consciousness of people-oriented and building for the people.Methods and ways should be constantly innovated to guide the public to actively participate in the construction of smart city through multiple channels and means.Starting from the needs of residents,smart city with their own characteristics should be tailored to local conditions,so as to provide meaningful reference for smart city builders and researchers of public affairs management,and provide valuable reference for construction of smart city in other regions.
