The Current Situation And Optimization Countermeasures Of Community Neighborhood Center Construction In C Town,Nanchang City

All along,our country has been devoted to improving the government public service supply mode,improving the grassroots social governance system and service system construction.With the rapid development of our economy and The accelerating process of urbanization,the demand for public services is more and more high,traditional public services have been difficult to meet the demand of the people,the contradiction between supply and demand of community public services is also increasingly aggravated.Therefore,improving the quality of public services has become the top priority of community work.As a new way to supply community public services,neighborhood center is not only a platform for residents to obtain services,but also a big platform for the new system of social governance.It is of great significance to improve community public service ability and strengthen the construction of community public service system.Starting from 2019,Nanchang started the three-year construction of "1+5+X" community and neighborhood center.Guided by the Party building,with the community as the unit and relying on the Party and mass service center,Nanchang has configured a set of comprehensive security system,supporting education,medical care,assistance for the elderly,commerce,sports and sports services,as well as several characteristic derivative businesses,such as express property,domestic service and childcare.To construct the convenience of the people,benefit the people,benefit the people "15 minutes community life circle".As the first batch of pilot units of community neighborhood service centers in Nanchang Xinjian District,C Town has built a relatively complete function of "1+5+X" community neighborhood center,which has become a new position of community public service supply.this thesis takes the neighborhood center of c town in nanchang city as the research object,based on the new public service theory,public goods theory,and multi-center governance theory,and makes an in-depth analysis on the basic situation,module setting,and construction effect of the neighborhood center.however,there are still some problems in the in-depth research and development of the neighborhood center,such as insufficient government policy support and funding input,relatively lagging public service facilities,insufficient integration of social forces,personnel professional level to be improved,and relatively narrow groups benefiting from the neighborhood center.On the basis of summing up its experience and shortcomings,this paper puts forward the path of improving the urban community service mode,such as increasing the government investment and support;Improve the quality of community public service supply;Cultivating the consciousness of community residents’ participation;Broaden the neighborhood center service groups;Join forces to improve the comprehensive management mechanism.So as to promote the upgrading of neighborhood center public service in C town and optimize the construction of social public service system,which has reference significance for the construction of community public service in other cities.
