Intervention Analysis Of Social Work On Domestic Violence Cases

On March 1,2016,the law on domestic violence came into force.However,domestic violence has not decreased in the past three years,serious violence cases and evil invert cases can often be seen in the news.In such a private environment as the family,how to protect the rights and dignity of citizens,and how to eliminate the adverse effects of domestic violence,should become an important issue in Chinese Society.At present,Chinese society is in a transitional stage.In this process,the economic system,the ideology and ways of behavior have changed.This paper grasps on the characteristics of this era,analysis the new changes in the causes and characteristics of domestic violence by the context of this era.On the basis of understanding the domestic violence prevention system and intervention contents,the author tries to find out the deficiency of domestic violence intervention in China.On the other hand,the development of social work has formed a set of ethical rules and working methods,which are of great significance for the prevention and intervention of domestic violence.Through the analysis of a typical case,this paper tries to induce the principle of social work intervention in domestic violence cases.Under the double pressure of “new trends in domestic violence” and “intervention system is not working”,the professional idea and working method of social work can effectively solve the problems and shortcomings of existing intervention system,help victims of domestic violence out of difficult situations,repair relationships and rebuild confidence in a variety way.
