The Study On Nursing Staffs ’Mental Health Education Of Social Work Intervention

The mental health of Nursing staffs is related not only to their physical and mental health,more indirect influences by the nursing of children’s physical and mental health with their developments, the child welfare agencies in the nursing staff as a direct care children living a staff, under greater than general nurses’ psychological pressure. The aim of this study is through the method of professional social work intervention in the group psychological problems, help them solve problems and improve the group’s ability to cope with stress and unhealthy emotions.The methods of this research mainly include investigation and literature, with the combination of theory and practice to study provides maximum support. This study selected investigation object is a social welfare all nursing staff, specific service object for which the part of the nursing staff. First,using the questionnaire and psychological scale to investigate the nurses’ psychological status and diagnosis, selected has obvious psychological problems of nursing staff as the service object, establish a formal use case work and group work after service relationship problem for intervention.For nursing staff within the agency survey: nurses’ psychological health level is generally low, nearly a third of nurses had mild psychological problems, the main cause of nurses’ psychological problems including work intensity, frequency shift, and poor welfare treatment were. Social workers solve these problems, using the methods of professional social work from two aspects of nursing staff itself and its surroundings at the same time, to relieve nurses’ psychological problems, improve the level of nursing staff mental health to find the most suitable solution. In this study, case work for has obvious psychological problems significantly the effect of the nursing staff; Team work is mainly to help the low level of mental health care personnel to improve the ability of resistance to stress and ease the bad feelings. Case work combined with group work play a proper role in the whole process of intervention.This article is mainly divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainly summarized the article research purpose, research significance, research methods, theoretical basis, etc. The second part is the author selected staff the present situation of the psychological health level of an organization and the paper analyzes the causes ofpsychological problems. The third part is the social work intervention of social work practice exploration of nurses’ psychological problems, mainly including intervention used in theory and technique. The fourth part is the social work involved in the practice process of nurses’ psychological problems, including interventional scheme, process and evaluation, etc. The fifth part is the discussion and summary in this paper.This article is to social work methods involved in the study of nurses’ psychological problems, further broaden the ways to relieve nurses’ psychological problems and methods,and the related study of social work and services. In addition, this research through the case work and group work and presents the effectiveness of social work methods in nursing psychology and limitations, and hope for the future social workers provide certain reference value in practice.
