Study On Case Work Involvement The Adjustment Of New Residents In Nursing Home

In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,it is clearly stated that a multi-level pension system based on home-based,community-based,institutional supplement,and medical care should be formed.It can be seen that institutional pension is an important part of China's pension system construction.At the end of 2017,there were 158 million people over the age of 65 in China,According to the national "9064" plan,more than 6 million people will be admitted to pension institutions,the number of new residents entering nursing homes each year is also growing rapidly.The old man who newly moved into the nursing home will have a series of adaptation problems because they leave the familiar environment.This paper takes Wuhan Z Nursing Home as a research site,and has carried out casework intervention for one of the elderly with obvious problems.In view of the above adaptation problems,this paper hopes to use the method of case social work to explore how it can help to solve the problem of adaptation of the elderly in the old-age care institutions,and to understand the different intervention strategies to solve the problems more effectively.This article mainly involves the case work of the elderly through cognitive behavioral therapy,superior perspective,and social support theory strategies,helping the elderly with adaptation problems to solve problems and promote their own abilities,so that the elderly can enjoy their old age in the old-age institutions.The study found that,(1)the solution of psychological problems is the key point and breakthrough to eliminate the problem of adaptation.The improvement of psychological discomfort and the repair of interpersonal relationship not only eliminate the mental problems troubling the elderly,but also solve the problem of the elderly's daily life adaptation.(2)For the problem of life and environmental discomfort,the social support theory can be used to establish a more friendly environment for the elderly,thus improving their adaptation to the life of the old-age care institutions,for the psychological and interpersonal discomfort,through the intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy,the elderly can be psychologically comforted and the reconstruction of the thinking structure to achieve the satisfaction of their spiritual life,thus eliminating psychological discomfort.The advantage perspective is always in the service process.Social workers should constantly look for the advantages of the elderly and encourage them to change the status quo through their own efforts,this will not only enable the elderly to rediscover their own value,help the elderly to quickly solve the problem of adaptation,but also realize the core concept of social work.(3)The establishment of trust relationship can improve the effect of intervention,which can not only help the elderly to obtain emotional support,but also help social workers to understand the details of the elderly.Through the research,this paper summarizes 18 points for attention on the intervention of case work in elderly people's adaptation,including how to build trust with the elderly,improve the elderly's daily life quality and environmental adaptation,improve the elderly's psychological adaptation and interpersonal communication quality,etc.when social workers face similar problems,I hope they can pay attention to and use for reference in the future.
