Research On The Influencing Factors Of People's Sense Of Gain

People's sense of access is not only reflected in the realization of the right to survival and development on the objective level,but also reflected in the satisfaction,security,existence and identity of people through the realization of their rights on the subjective level.The promotion and Realization of the people's sense of gain is related to the continuous promotion of reform and opening up in the new era,the success of the two centenary goals and the early realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,the study of the influencing factors of people's sense of gain is not only helpful to construct the formation mechanism of people's sense of gain theoretically,but also helpful to explore the effective ways to improve people's sense of gain practically.From the perspective of the people themselves,the level of economic income,unconventional political participation and public service satisfaction have a direct impact on the people's sense of access.Therefore,we can set "economic income level,unconventional political participation and public service satisfaction" as independent variables and "people's sense of access" as dependent variables.At the same time,as an individual,its gender,age,education level and household registration can be set as control variables.Based on this,the theoretical model of "people's sense of access" is constructed.In fact,"people's sense of access" can also be divided into three dimensions: "economic sense of access","political sense of access" and "people's sense of access".In this study,4068 valid questionnaires were obtained,including 2657 in rural areas,1632 in urban areas.Based on the questionnaire data,spss22.0 data processing software was used to carry out descriptive analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,to test the research hypothesis embodied in the theoretical model,and to empirically analyze the influencing factors of "people's access".The results show that: People's sense of access is positively correlated with economic income level,people's sense of access is negatively correlated with unconventional political participation,people's sense of access is positively correlated with public service satisfaction;meanwhile,economic sense of access is positively correlated with public service satisfaction,people's sense of access is positively correlated with economic income level,people's sense of access is positively correlated with unconventional political participation There was a significant negative correlation between people's livelihood and public service satisfaction.Therefore,in order to further improve people's sense of access,efforts can be made in three aspects: first,to vigorously develop productivity and increase people's economic income;second,to attach importance to people's opinions and suggestions to effectively alleviate social contradictions;third,to establish a service-oriented government to improve public service level and ability.
