Research On The Factors Affecting People's Sense Of Gain In Housing Levy Based On Grounded Theory

The current urban relocation actions are increasingly frequent,and the psychological feelings of people in housing levy have undoubtedly become a key source for the smooth promotion of housing levy operations.Base on people's sense of gain in housing levy,this paper aims to explore the influencing factors in an all-round way,listen to the real voice of people in housing levy in a close distance,and discover the problems and deficiencies in the process of housing levy,so as to find the reasons and fix the short board,then provides a theoretical reference and analytical framework for explaining the behavioral decision-making mechanism of people in housing levy,and provides guidance for specific improvement of the relocation actions to promote harmonious relocation.This study uses an analysis method which combines grounded theory to qualitative and structural equation modeling to measure,taking the resettlement work of key projects in Fuqing City of Fujian Province as an example to study the factors affecting people's sense of gain in housing levy.Firstly,combined with the literature analysis and the author's practice in the practice of relocation,the connotation of people's sense of gain in housing levy is defined and the psychological analysis is carried out.Then,the in-depth interviews are used to obtain the first-hand information,and the influencing factors of people's sense of gain in housing levy are extracted step by step.And construct a structural equation model,and then based on the data collected by the questionnaire survey to conduct a quantitative analysis of the structural equation model of people's sense of gain in housing levy to obtain the influencing factors,and finally discuss the factors affecting people's sense of gain in housing levy,and provides advice and suggestions to optimize the resettlement policy and improve people's sense of gain in housing levy.The research results showN that people's sense of gain in housing levy are comprehensive perceptions obtained from the three levels of material,emotional and spiritual.The mutual influence of the three interacts to enhance the sense of gain.in housing levy;The main factors include the rationality of compensation standards,the long-term livelihood security,the housing conditions,the implementation of the resettlement procedures and the humane care experience.The more obvious the recognition of the rationality of compensation standards,the long-term livelihood security,the housing conditions,the implementation of the resettlement procedures and the humane care experience,the stronger the sense of gain.According to the size of the total effect value:the humane care experience>the implementation of the resettlement procedures>the rationality of compensation standards>the housing conditions>the long-term livelihood security.This paper believes that the process of relocation should shift from material-oriented to people-oriented,starting from five aspects,including:the scientific rationality of strengthening compensation schemes,improving long-term livelihood security measures,coordinating the planning and construction of resettlement areas,improving the normativeness of the levy and relocation,and strengthening humanistic care,so as to effectively improve people's sense of gain in housing levy.
