Research On The Problems Of The Construction Of The Service Oriented Grassroots CCP Organizations

The rural population made up of the most population in our country, rural grassroots Party is in the frontline of carrying out the policies made by the Party Central Committee, it is the foundation in all works and fighting capacity of the Party at the grassroots level, is the core of leadership of various organizations and undertakings. The rural work has always been the focus of our Party. Doing a good job in rural areas, the grassroots Party organizations is the key, the focus is to maintain the core status of rural grassroots Party organizations, and give full play to the role of the fortress. Great oaks from little acorns grow, the key lies in the foundation. Governance of the country's focus is the foundation; the key to the management of the Party is the basic level. Party organizations at the basic level assume the important responsibility of promoting the Party's line and policy, and is the ruling foundation of the Party.To promote the construction of the basic level service oriented Party organizations, to serve the masses and do mass work as the focus of our work. The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC has greatly enriched the target and task of the construction of basic level Party organizations——the construction of service oriented grassroots Party Organizations. To maintain long-term peace and stability, economic and social affairs to promote harmony and stability, we must enhance the ability of grassroots Party organizations serving the masses.This article takes the political research method, through the research, the author found the construction of the Party organizations at the grassroots level is very good in today's situation, we have done a lot of work. For example, the city of Z in the process of building service oriented Party organizations have taken the following measures: strengthen the main responsibility and the team building, perfect service system, promote municipal resources sinking and so on. But in some areas, the construction of the service oriented Party organizations has some problem in practice.For example, the lack of service awareness of grassroots Party members and cadres,team structure is not reasonable, mechanism is missing etc. It is because of themismatch between service object and subject of assessment, rural elite loss, lack of effective participation of the masses ect. So this article puts forward the following measures: strengthen the faith education of Party members and cadres, establish and improve the mechanism, optimize the contingent of cadres, establish a service platform etc.Township Party committees should implement the spirit of the Party building work in rural grassroots, focus on the construction of the service oriented grassroots Party organizations. On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the fine tradition,we should innovate in the content, form, method, means and so on. Efforts to enhance the sense of the times, to strengthen the predictability, initiative, targeted. Only in this way can we implement the strict control of the Party, To make the Party building work to achieve results.
