The rapid development of society and economy has put forward higher requirements for the implementation of public management,and increasing expectation and supervision of public service from the public resulting in increasing work pressure on civil servants.As grass-roots workers,township civil servants are often under more pressure than their own load.On this basis,civil servants are faced with increasingly serious job burnout.Long-term job burnout will not only damage civil servants' physical and mental health,but also reduce their work enthusiasm and interest,and finally affect the administrative level of government departments.This study took the civil servants of X county and township in Shandong province as the investigation object,studied the influence of work pressure on job burnout and the influence of inclusive leadership on job burnout,and verified the moderating effect of inclusive leadership on the relationship between work pressure and job burnout.Focusing on the three concepts of work pressure,inclusive leadership and job burnout,this paper conducts research review,research model and hypothesis,data collection and data analysis successively by means of interview and questionnaire survey.A total of 175 valid questionnaires were collected in this study.Through descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of three variables,the main conclusions were drawn as follows:(1)work pressure and its dimensions had a positive impact on job burnout and its dimensions;(2)inclusive leadership and its dimensions have a negative impact on job burnout and its dimensions;(3)inclusive leadership and its various dimensions play a part in regulating the impact of work pressure and its various dimensions on job burnout and its various dimensions.According to the research conclusions of this paper,aiming at the positive and negative impacts of job stress and its dimensions,inclusive leadership and its dimensions on job burnout and its dimensions of X county township civil servants,suggestions are put forward from the organizational and personal levels:(1)assign tasks scientifically and simplify the work process;(2)optimize the working environment and create a good atmosphere;(3)broaden growth space and enrich career planning;(4)innovate the management methods and form the leadership mode;(5)know yourself objectively and reduce expectations appropriately;(6)correct working attitude,learn to adjust themselves;(7)set career goals and make career plans.
