In the past 40 years of reform and opening up in China,great achievements have been made.Our society has also entered the transition period of deep-seated system reform and economic model transformation,which has increased the difficulty of social management and inevitably led to job burnout of government officials.With the deepening of the system reform and the rapid development of the socialist market economy,the situation of job burnout of civil servants has become more and more serious.As an important link between the party and the state,township civil servants are responsible for contacting the masses,serving the masses,uniting the people and maintaining social stability.In recent years,the township government has invested a lot of energy in rural revitalization,social stability and style construction,and the job burnout of township civil servants has gradually attracted people's attention.This study sorts out the literatures related to the factors affecting the job burnout of township civil servants,and puts forward basic assumptions and research ideas based on the theory of incentives,the theory of new public services and "human nature" hypothesis theory.Secondly,using questionnaires on the occupational burnout status of 34 townships in Y County of G City was collected from a qualitative perspective.At the same time,the factors affecting burnout were classified and analyzed from the perspective of quantity;Statistical analysis was used to explore the relationship between personal characteristic and job burnout.Thirdly,using statistical analysis method to find out the relationship between the common characteristics of the research object and job burnout status,and summarize the influencing factors of job burnout of Y County township civil servants from three aspects: individual,organization and society.Finally,according to the analysis results of data collation,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
