Civil servants have to keep up with the times to meet the pressures and challenges,and keep learning to adapt to the new requirements under the new historical situation, sothat they are becoming a high incidence of job burnout in groups. This research studieson the township civil servants’ the job burnout in Chongqing. Study used questionnairesto the188township civil servants in Changshou and Fuling district, according to thefindings of the overall situation has carried on the descriptive analysis, a comparativeanalysis under different demographic variables, the simultaneous analysis of therelevant factors. This study through the correlation analysis, factor analysis and varianceanalysis for statistical analysis of the data. Through the research, we draw conclusionsfollows:①Job burnout of the township civil servants in Chongqing was at a medium level,sense of alienation was the most serious, followed by emotion exhaustion.②There were differences in the demographic variables of gender, age, maritalstatus, educational background, work time, position among different coping styles.③Those influence factors for the township civil servants of job burnout areoccupation, working environment, organizational system. Through principal componentanalysis on the recovery of the questionnaire results statistical analysis, found that thereare some differences of each factor to the township civil servants occupation burnoutinterpretation.Finally, according to the results, this article put forward countermeasures andsuggestions from occupation level, working environment level and organizationalsystem level, in order to prevention and mitigation the job burnout of the township civilservants’ job burnout in Chongqing.
