As the executor of our government’s decision and the manager of public affairs,township civil servants have made important contributions to our country’s economic and social development.In recent years,with the development and progress of society and the transformation of government functions,the work content of township civil servants more complex,more onerous work tasks,resulting in township civil servants are facing more severe work pressure than other professional groups.At present,there are about 1,600 township civil servants in dongying city.The problem of work pressure causes some troubles to their work and life.Therefore,the research on the working pressure of township civil servants in dongying city is of great significance to the construction of civil servants and the improvement of the ruling ability of the party.This paper adopts the method of investigation and literature research to study the working pressure of township civil servants in dongying city.Township civil servants are discussed and the basic concept of work pressure,as well as relevant theoretical basis,through and through the literature discussion method to collect data,using a questionnaire study of dongying city township civil servants working pressure at higher levels,the age,sex,marriage,the administrative level,education level,working years,and so on and so forth,comparing the different villages and towns public servants to analyse their work stress level difference,and expounds the work pressure caused the decline of the physical and mental health of the civil servants in dongying city,and civil servants job burnout problems,and young civil servants is not stable,and then explores the causes of stress at work,Then from the optimization of the occupational environment,the implementation of positive incentive measures,the improvement of strict management and love mechanism,improve the ability of self-pressure management and other aspects of countermeasures,to ease the dongying township civil servants work pressure,improve the enthusiasm of work. |
