Why return to the countryside to participate in grass-roots governance,out of the rural rich who have become rich in the city from agricultural production? Under the background of the current rural talent loss and the weak governance ability of left-behind personnel,an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of the rich people returning to the village to participate in grassroots governance is in line with the higher requirements of the state for rural governance in the new era.The existing literature on the research of the rich people in the village is obviously flawed by the specific research perspective.This study analyzes the derivative process of the rich villages in the rural community from the middle level and reveals the derivative mechanism of the rich village in Hongcun.For the analysis of the rich people in the village,the analysis logic of this paper is how the Hongcun rich man H from the villagers without formal power to the party branch secretary with formal power.The article divides the realization process of Hongcun rich people into villages into two major parts.Firstly,it is a famous stage.It expounds that the generation of wealthy people in the village is sympathetic and reasonable.During the Spring Festival,Hongcun's competitive sign releases different signs.The endogenous order led by the rich H is formed.With the change of the rural environment,the direction of endogenous order competition has turned to the public domain.The Hongcun rich H has been subjected to the action of “private” and “public” and obtained Social prestige,but it dispels the administrative embedding order dominated by the original branch secretary,and is hindered by it,so the competition of endogenous order is transformed into competition for the rich to participate in grassroots governance.The second is the smooth and consequent stage.It discusses the strategies adopted by the rich in the process of realizing rural governance.The rich use strategies to mobilize the villagers to obtain favorable information,and organize villagers to petition the town party committee to cope,and coordinate the town party and government organs.Under the order,the rich people of Hongcun were successfully elected as secretary of the village party branch in the order of "planning".The emergence of Hongcun rich people's village is the result of the interaction of the three parties.The rural public space is the basis of Hongcun's power reproduction.The economic strength of the rich is more in line with the needs of the public space than the clan power.The town party and government organs are subject to the logic of the official system and the logic of the state.The impact of the role of the mediator,and ultimately affect the election of the Hongcun Party branch.At the end of the paper,this study points out that compared with the external structural conditions,the development of Hongcun public space is more sufficient,which forms an endogenous order and is derived from the endogenous order into a rich man.
