In recent years, the government actively fosters the development of social organizations to decompose and transfer government functions. Therefore, the number of professional services for social work is gradually increasing. The socialization of government functions also promotes the development of social services in the direction of specialization and professionalization. At present, the evaluation process and evaluation index system of social work service projects are not standardized enough in our country. Therefore, this paper attempts to conduct the evaluation practice and research on the specific projects..This study takes the "Sunshine Action" service project as the research object.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Empowerment Theory and the social support network theory, this paper takes the "Sunshine Action" service project as the research object, collects data through literature research, questionnaires, interviews and observation, and evaluates the project needs, process and results by combining the quantitative research with the qualitative research. This paper introduces the project through the project selection, the project design and the project implementation, and then focuses on the evaluation of the project services, including evaluation description, evaluation plan, evaluation process, evaluation results, evaluation problems, evaluation analysis and evaluation recommendations.Through the evaluation, the author finds that the overall operation of the project is good, which meets the needs of the disabled adolescents in the personal growth and development, professional skills, social integration and parent-child relationship improvement. However, there are also some problems in the project, such as the weak project concept, the inadequate professional ability of social workers, social influence and volunteer work to be improved. The author suggests that these problems can be solved by instilling the project ideas, strengthening the supervision training, deepening the project publicity and strengthening the volunteer service.
