Research On The Innovation Mechanism Of The Beijing Basic Party Organization Construction Since The 18th National Congress

The most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.The greatest advantage of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.The grass-roots is the most solid and reliable force support for the party's work.Governing the full implementation of the Chinese Communist Party strictly and realizing the great rejuvenation dream of the Chinese nation requires the theoretical thinking and practical practice of promoting deeper and more long-term development of basic party organization construction.This dissertation elaborates the theoretical connotation of basic party organization construction from the meaning of basic party organizations,the functional realization ways of basic party organizations under the new background and the principle of "three insistences" in the construction of basic party organizations explaining the theoretical connotation of basic party organization construction.thoroughly analyzed and summarized the innovation mechanism practical experience of the Beijing party's basic party organization construction since the 18 th National Party Congress,focusing on "a function,strengthening the "two consciousnesses" and emphasizing the "three functions" as the key points,summarizing the practical rules of basic party practice and trying to draw the general conclusions from this perspective of theory.The "four questions"of basic party organization construction are that whether the advanced nature of the party is strong,whether the purity is high,whether the innovation is flexible and whether the organizational strength is strong,which thoroughly analyze the realistic issues faced by the basic party organizations of Beijing in the form of questionnaires.This dissertation attempts to propose system doctrine for the first time:the core motivation is to uphold the party's leadership,the essential driving force is to harmonize the party-masses relationship,the basic driving force is reform and innovation,and the lasting driving force is to improvethe system,which are the feasibility path of basic party organization construction under the new situation.
