| In our country,although the legal management in the real society is comprehensive and the voice of citizens is high,the legal mechanism under the new media environment is relatively imperfect.Network information is complex,true and false are difficult to distinguish,and the speed of dissemination is fast.Everyone is both a disseminator and a disseminator.A piece of news content can be spread to every corner of the Internet in a few seconds.The media literacy of the public,whether in cultural form or in the content of knowledge reserve,differs greatly,and most of them are still people with low media literacy.To cultivate the legal consciousness in the public media literacy and effectively standardize the virtual cyberspace are the important problems that need to be solved urgently in the current network environment.Therefore,the first part of this article is an introduction to the source of the topic,the significance of the research and the comparison of the current situation at home and abroad;the second part is the theoretical basis on which this article is based,involving the theory of opinion leaders and group polarization in communication and the theory of social life style;the third part to the fifth part is the focus of this article,first of all,the main discussion.At present,the improvement of media literacy of the general public in the network environment is an urgent problem to be solved;secondly,the cultivation of legal awareness of the network.The article cites three recent cases,such as copyright disturbance in visual China,exposure of identity information of female students in Ethiopia air crash,and wronged innocent female drivers in Chongqing bus crash,and the main media in these cases.Finally,according to the current overall network environment,from the perspective of school education,social propaganda and family training,how to improve the media literacy of the public and cultivate the network legal awareness,and create a harmonious network environment. |
