To promote the legal literacy of college students is an important part of the construction of a modern society ruled by law,and an inevitable choice to realize the rule of law in China.China attaches great importance to the construction of the rule of law.With the rapid development of new media,the pattern of information dissemination has changed.,it affected the production and life of people deeply.College students are the new forces of social progress,and the most extensive group to use new media,the new media also influenced college students widely.The new media provides a platform for the promotion of college students' legal literacy,but it also brings challenge.To promote the legal literacy of college students aim to them develop a habit of thinking with the law,learn to distinguish information and participate in use of new media,they may don't get lost in the flow of huge amounts of information.Comply with the trend of development of social and shoulder the Great Mission of National Revival.Based on the analysis of the related concepts of new media and the' legal literacy of college students,this paper takes the promotion of college students' legal literacy in the context of new media as the object of study,it discusses the influence of new media to college students' legal literacy,and the present situation of college students' legal literacy in the context of new media and its countermeasures.This paper is divided into three parts.Part one: New media and Legal literacy of college students.The first section mainly discusses the connotation and feature of new media,and the concept and characteristics of new media context.The second section discusses the connotation of college students' legal literacy,the importance and cultivation of college students' legal literacy in the context of new media.The third section discusses the theoretical basis and methods of the influence of new media on college students' legal literacy,which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the promotion of college students' legal literacy in the context of new media.The two: The current situation of college students' legal literacy in the context of new media.The paper investigates three colleges in northeast through questionnaires and interviews.It summarizes the great performance and the problems of the legal literacy of college students in the context of new media.The survey support for problems detection and resolution.It lays a realistic foundation for the study of the promotion of college students' legal literacy in the context of new media.Part three: Discuss the reasons for the insufficiency of college students' legal literacy in the context of new media.This part explores the methods of improving college students' legal literacy from three mainly levels: college,college students and the mew media industry.It points out the reasons why college students' legal literacy is insufficient in the context of new media and how to solve it.
