Challenges And Countermeasures Of "Road Self-confidence" From The Perspective Of Historical Materialism In The New Era

The road self-confidence of socialism with Chinese characteristics(i.e."road self-confidence")has been realized in the succession process of the road construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the road construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been continuously promoted in the process of strengthening and enhancing the road self-confidence.Since the 18 th anniversary of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee,with Xi Jin-ping as its core,has comprehensively deepened the construction of socialist road with Chinese characteristics from a new historical starting point,promoting the organic relationship between productivity and production relations,economic basis and superstructure to achieve the overall upgrading,and contributing to profound changes in some fields,such as Party building,basic national conditions,general layout and so on.which provides a new historical situation for "road self-confidence".Historical materialism is a social theory based on social economy and production relations,objectively describing the development trend and law of history,which provides a "mirror" and "path" for promoting the road construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and constitutes the deep foundation of "road self-confidence" in the new era.Therefore,it is necessary to make a rational and scientific analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by "road self-confidence" in the new era from the perspective of historical materialism,in order to put forward countermeasures for improving "road self-confidence" in the new era.The first chapter aims to analyze the basic question of “what is ‘ road self-confidence'”,and further clarify the research orientation of "road self-confidence"."Road self-confidence" refers to the Chinese people's conscious expression of respect for the "past","present" and "future" of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics in the process of accurately grasping the historical development law of human society and the special development law of Chinese society,and constantly experiencing the sense of happiness and acquisition brought about by the tremendous achievements in the process of building the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,which centrally embodied in the high recognition,endorsement and support for the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,which has a strong emotional tendency.Inthe new era,"road self-confidence" has been placed in a new space-time field and injected with new factors,therefore,the theoretical study of "road self-confidence" should also keep pace with the times.At the same time,historical materialism is the foundation of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,so the study of road self-confidence in the new era must be based on the theoretical horizon of historical materialism.The second chapter mainly expounds the background of the formation of "road self-confidence" in the new era and its theoretical development process.Nowadays,the world situation is changing rapidly and new changes are taking place in various fields at home,which brings opportunities and challenges for comprehensively deepening the road construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.History and practice have proved that in order to properly deal with challenges and risks,we must unswervingly follow the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,for this reason,the Communist Party of China has put forward the important proposition of "road self-confidence".The new era constitutes the era coordinate of "road self-confidence",and the theoretical study of "road self-confidence" itself has also undergone a process from putting forward to developing.The third chapter is to clarify the basis of "road self-confidence" from the perspective of historical materialism in the new era.In the new era,the Communist Party of China has further realized its self-awareness of the law of socialist road construction with Chinese characteristics,constantly adjusting the superstructure to suit the economic foundation to provide a broad space for the liberation and development of productive forces,which enhances the people's sense of happiness and acquisition.Based on the new historical starting point,"road self-confidence" has a more solid foundation and sufficient spirit,which mainly comes from the people's active choice and scientific grasp of the historical necessity,the theoretical recognition of the "three laws",the pioneering achievements and historical changes in the new era,and the comparison with other countries and national development paths.Chapter ? aims to rationally analyze the existing threats and challenges of "road self-confidence" in the new era from the perspective of historical materialism.In the new era,the Communists of China have made new achievements in deepening the road construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way,however,some new situations and problems are emerging in all aspects,which hinders the further enhancement of road self-confidence.On the one hand,the lack of people's theoretical understanding of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics weakens the "road self-confidence",on the other hand,the new contradictions in the road construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics haveseriously hampered "road self-confidence" since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC.Meanwhile,noisy international negative factors also interfere with road self-confidence to some extent.The fifth chapter is based on the previous analysis and discussion to explore how to enhance "road self-confidence" from the perspective of historical materialism in the new era.Under the background of the new era,"road self-confidence" is restricted by international and domestic unfavorable factors,and the challenges it faces are embodied in the dual coordinate system of theory and practice.Therefore,on the one hand,we should strengthen the innovative development and propaganda and education of the socialist road theory with Chinese characteristics,attaching importance to the role of theory in guiding practice;on the other hand,we should constantly promote the exploration and improvement of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,and solve a series of practical problems in practice.At the same time,we should grasp the historical orientation and times of the road development of socialism with Chinese characteristics from the overall perspective of international development,making accurate judgments on the international situation,making timely and accurate judgments on the international situation and effectively overcome the international risks and tests that affect "road self-confidence".
