On Current New-phase Situation Of Grassroots Level Military Ideological & Political Education And Countermeasures

As a basic guarantee for the two historical missions, "victory in wars, stability in nature", ideological and political education is of great importance, which is deemed as conventional advantages in military ideological and political construction. It is of great importance for strengthening Communism Party leadership, grassroots level military construction, as well as cohesion between officers and soldiers. Based on theory of ideological and political education, considering the context of construction for a harmonious society, this research paper is to clarify current situation of grassroots level ideological and political education through analysis of principle problems and causes, so as to put forward instructive and feasible countermeasures. The four parts of it are as follows:Part one: contents, characteristics, functions, principles of new-phase grassroots level military ideological and political education. Part three discusses causes to problems from three perspectives, covering changes due to international political situations and new military revolution, changes owing to development of overseas and domestic market economy, different targets of grassroots level ideological and political education.Part four: countermeasures to strengthen new-phase situation of grassroots level military ideological and political education. Based on analysis concerning current situation of grassroots level ideological and political education, part four puts forward effectiveness-oriented countermeasures to strengthen new-phase grassroots level military ideological and political education, concentrating on five aspects: establishment of scientific education concept, construction of education contents which fit in with the tide, ceaseless improvement of education methodology and media, quality promotion of educators, favorable education environments.
