Research On Re-socialization Of Community Correction Object

Nowadays,the main development direction of the implementation of punishment is to advance toward the goal of implementing socialization.Community corrections have been developed quite well in some developed countries in the West,and the system started late in China and developed slowly.Based on the existing literature,most of the research on community correction focuses on the research of the community correction system itself,the research on relevant laws,the introduction of foreign institutions and experience,but the in-depth analysis of the target group with correction objects.There is very little literature on research.Community corrections are a special group of criminals.They should be the focus of the judiciary and scholars.Reconstructing the corrective objects into society,living in harmony with other social groups,and achieving re-socialization are the goals of the community correction system and the primary criterion for measuring the success of the community correction system.There are two internal and external factors that affect the re-socialization of criminals.Therefore,the transformation of corrective objects must be carried out through a combination of external compulsory policies and internal autonomous behaviors.Based on this research concept,the article will combine the criminal law,criminal psychology and sociology and other knowledge theories to analyze the obstacles to the re-socialization of the corrective object.It can be seen that the limitations of the corrective objects and the defects of the external social institutional environment constitute a common Based on the dilemma of re-socialization of the object of correction,the article puts forward suggestions for improvement.On the one hand,it is necessary to mobilize subjective initiative from the correction of the object itself,by reshaping health psychology and information,improving the self-support system,and broadening the social survival channels.Measures to achieve the effect of independent return to society;on the other hand,optimize the external environment and strengthen social relief,including the establishment of multiple employment recommendation mechanisms and platforms,improve social security systems,build social support systems,and develop and improve community correction systems.
