Research On The Socialization Of Community Recorrection

Community corrections is the product of the human penal system with the human development. And community has the characters of humanitarian and social execution and it is comply with the objective law of development and the tendency of penalty reprieve and so it has gains a lot of countries’ pro-gaze, and now, it is really achieved great development.Although the introduction of the Community corrections is a little late in our country but it has development very fast, in the last ten years, it has achieved objective results. But since we have not so much experience and practice, there are some problems during the development of this system.According to the existence literature, we can figure out that most research focused on the system itself and the related laws and the introductions of experience of foreign countries, but there has little research focus on the people who need to get community corrections. Since the people is the principle part of the community corrections so it is sure that should be what we really need to concern about. Whether the people can reintegration in the society again is the main purpose and it is also the top standard of the community corrections,the society and the people is the two mains reasons of the criminal behavior, so we need to use some mandatory measures and also some autonomous behavior to prompting re-socialization and to integration in to the society again as soon as possible. We will carding the system and analysis the situation we faced, and then we will use some questionnaire, face-interview to analysis the current situation of the community corrections related work and we will also find out the situation of the people who need to get community corrections. It is easy to see there are some inadequate in the work and there are some impact from the external environment and the constraints what the object himself got, that the reasons why we have faced a lot of dilemmas. After the analysis, we have put forward some policies and advices so we can promote this special group can reintegration into the society.
