Research On Consumer Rights And Interests Protection System In Commodity Houses Transaction

With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the demand for food,clothing,housing and transportation that consumers have in their daily lives continues to increase.Among them,the housing problem concerning people's basic right to life is even more important.Due to the particularity of the real estate industry,the status of buyers and sellers is unequal.China's current real estate laws and regulations still have many deficiencies and imperfections in the protection of consumer housing in the vulnerable areas.Cases in which consumer rights are violated in buying and selling transactions are not uncommon.Therefore,it is a very important topic for discussion to improve the legitimate rights and interests of consumers who are vulnerable and have suffered from repeated violations of the rights and interests of consumers.In view of the current situation of insufficient protection of consumer rights and interests of commercial housing in China,this paper conducts research and discussion,the main body of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background and current research situation of the protection system of commodity housing consumers' rights and interests.The second part firstly clarifies the concept of the consumer in the sale of commercial housing and analyzes its particularity,and makes an analysis and elaboration on its rights and interests and content.The third part summarizes the main manifestations of consumer rights infringement in China's commercial housing sales.The fourth part takes the United States as an example to introduce and analyze the current situation of the protection of consumer rights and interests in commercial housing sales,and puts forward its enlightenment on improving the legal system of consumer rights and interests protection in China.The fifth part mainly analyzes the defects of consumer rights protection system in China's commercial housing sales.In the sixth part,in order to improve the protection system of consumer rights and interests in China's commercial housing sales,countermeasures and Suggestions are given according to the problems proposed in the fifth part.The research on the protection system of consumer rights and interests in China's commercial housing sales discussed in this paper is of certain practical significance to the improvement of the protection system of consumer rights and interests under the background of the current social and economic development.It also plays a certain role in promoting the solution of many problems accumulated in China's commercial housing market for a long time.hrough the construction and improvement of relevant systems in China,the purpose of reducing the infringement and loss suffered by commodity housing consumers is achieved.From the practical point of view,to maintain the healthy and sustainable development of China's commercial housing market.
