The cultivation of party spirit is one of the important manifestations of party members’ political character.University student party are the future constructors and pioneers of the country’s future development and social prosperity and the new force for the undertaking of the Communist Party of China.Xinjiang colleges and universities are the cultural and educational centers of the region inhabited by ethnic groups,and the important mission of educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country.Under the background of strictly administer the Party and strengthening the basic party building of the university.It is of great practical significance and guiding value to study the cultivation of the Party spirit of the Party members of college students in Xinjiang,to promote university student’s education of ideal and belief and the basic party building of the university in the region inhabited by ethnic groups.Based on the existing studies on party spirit training of undergraduate party members in China.The corresponding questionnaire survey was conducted on 1018 undergraduate party members of Tarim University and Shihezi University which under the guidance of Marxist Party-Building theory,Instillation Theory and Psychological Attitude.To understand the specific situation of Party spirit cultivation of college students in Xinjiang and the differences in demographic variables,and to analyze the problems and influencing factors of Party spirit cultivation.Finally proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions for improving the party spirit cultivation of undergraduate party members and strengthening the party building in colleges and universities in Xinjiang based on the study conclusion.The study shows the following results: In theoretical accomplishment: College Party members are better than applied theory in both theoretical study and theoretical mastery;The liberal arts students were more diversity of application theory than the science students,and the party members who serve as student cadres have better performance in theoretical study and application theory.The political discrimination was weakness of college students’ political attainments.Some college student party members think they didn’t have sharp political discernment;Han ethnic group students,liberal arts students,as well as senior full-fledged party members,student cadres and Insufficient family economy of student party members in the political mastery of the action and ideological performance was more proactive.The overall performance of college students’ moral cultivation was better.Liberal arts students,senior full-fledged party members,as student cadres and students with Insufficient family economy in moral cultivation performance was better than the control group.The scores of five items of discipline cultivation were higher.the liberal arts students,the student cadres and the full members of the senior grade and Insufficient family economy of student party members have a stronger sense of responsibility and a better sense of organization in the discipline cultivation.The performance of style accomplishment is insufficient: model role,learning leadership and proactive work.Han ethnic group students,student cadres and senior full party members have better performance in style cultivation.Based on the study conclusion,to realize the necessity and urgency of the Party spirit education of college students’ Party members.This study proposes the following countermeasures and suggestions for improving the party spirit cultivation of undergraduate party members and strengthening the party building in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.Improve the theoretical learning methods,improve the theoretical learning effectiveness.Build a platform for practical exercise and broaden the channels of party spirit education.Grasp the preparatory window and strengthen the foundation of party spirit education.Pay attention to the difference of subject background and differentiate the form of party spirit education.Pay attention to the differences in cultural backgrounds and improve the people the educational effectiveness of ethnic students. |
