Study On The Influencing Factors Of Service Quality Of Pension Intitutions Under The Background Of Inteligence

In recent years,with the rapid increase of the elderly population,the aging problem has become more and more serious.Relying solely on family and community pension is difficult to effectively cope with the enormous pressure of social pension.Therefore,in the pension service system,the role of institutional endowment has become increasingly prominent,and people put forward higher requirements for the quality of institutional endowment service.However,the overall service quality of the pension institutions is not high and shows great differences.The service quality is difficult to effectively meet the needs of people's pension services.At the same time,with the development of Internet of Things ? big data ? artificial intelligence and other modern information technology,intelligent device and facilities continue to enter the field of pension services.Intelligent supply of pension services has become a new feature of the development of pension services,which provides a new way to solve the service quality problems of pension institutions.In this context,based on the hierarchy of demand theory?public goods theory and welfare pluralism theory,this paper synthesizes the relevant research of scholars,and designs the scale of influencing factors of service quality of pension institutions,including 32 measurement items in six dimensions:institutional conditions,life care,medical care,spiritual comfort,intelligent platform and intelligent terminal.Through questionnaire survey,293 valid questionnaires were collected from 10 pension institutions in Chengdu.Based on SPSS software and AMOS software,factor analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and path analysis are used to process and analyze the questionnaire data,and a multiple linear regression equation is constructed to explore the influencing factors of service quality of pension institutions under the current background of inteligence.Empirical analysis shows that institutional conditions?life care?medical care?spiritual comfort?intelligent platform and intelligent terminal all have significant positive effects on the quality of service of the pension institutions.The degree of influence from big to small is spiritual comfort? life care?intelligent platform?medical care?institutional conditions,?intelligent terminals.In addition,the higher the educational level of the elderly,the lower theactual perception and evaluation of the service quality of the pension institutions.The results of path analysis can also show the influence paths between institutional conditions?life care?medical care? spiritual comfort?intelligent platform and intelligent terminal and service quality of pension institutions.Life care,intelligent terminal,intelligent platform and medical care as intermediary variables have important effects on service quality of institutions.Therefore,according to the research results and the actual situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the service quality of pension institutions:accelerating the Construction of pension service talents,increase financial support,reasonable allocation of service resources of pension institutions,improving the supervision system of pension institutions,improving the intelligence and standardization of pension institutions.
