Research On The Service Quality Improvement Strategy Of Y Pension Institutions

As the aging situation in our country is gradually intensified,the aging problem will be a serious problem that our country needs to face in the 21 st century.China's welfare and traditional family pension can no longer meet people's different needs of the pension model.Therefore,the current primary task should be open to the pension industry development.At present,the problem of aging population is constantly affecting people's family life.In recent years,the elderly for rehabilitation nursing,health care,life care and spiritual reassurance and cultural entertainment demand is gradually increasing,but because the development of pension industry has a certain lag,the contradiction between supply and demand is increasing,therefore,the marketization and socialization of retirement industry should be gradually accelerated to provide good opportunities for private pension institutions.This paper is mainly based on Y pension institutions as a research sample to further analyze and discuss the current situation of private pension institutions and the strategies for improving service quality.Based on background in detail,the realistic need is showed.The basic concepts and related theories and academic research provide the powerful theory support for this paper.and then the status of Y pension agency service quality is discussed,the method of questionnaire survey is used to investigate Y pension agency service quality satisfaction and the results of the investigation is analyzed.The key factors influencing the Y pension agency service quality improvement has been comprehensive analyszed.Finally,according to the results of the service quality satisfaction survey and the analysis of key factors,this paper puts forward the formulation and implementation of targeted service quality improvement strategies,which can play a guiding role in the improvement and development of the service quality of private pension institutions.
