Research On Service Quality Of High-end Pension Service Institutions

In the context of China’s aging population,the demand for social pension services is growing.In the personnel structure of social pension service demand,there are some members with strong financial payment ability,and their choice of pension service products has gradually formed a high-end trend.In this context,high-end pension service institutions established by social capital emerge as the times require.In the supply and demand relationship of high-end social pension services,service quality plays a decisive role in the healthy development of the service field.The construction of high-end pension service institutions has developed rapidly in China.Taking into account that the occurrence of COVID-19 is not convenient for more institutions to conduct field research,after listening to the relevant recommendations of professionals from the Hebei provincial Civil Affairs Department,we have identified the YD health care center as the basic research object.This paper is based on two starting points: one is the supply side structural reform of social pension service.In the field of market-oriented supply and demand of elderly care services,different from the relationship between the purchase and sale of general goods,the service quality of service objects to service institutions also contains more complex content under the premise that both parties follow the equal exchange rules.In the field of high-end pension services,this situation is undoubtedly more fully reflected.The second is about the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei.After the collaborative development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was put forward,the number of the elderly in the three places,especially the elderly from Beijing,has been increasing,and these groups usually choose high-end pension service institutions.It is of great significance to investigate the service quality of high-end pension institutions,and to find out the main problems.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature and field research,this paper takes YD health care center as the main research object,takes Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,customer satisfaction theory and healthy aging theory as the theoretical support,and uses questionnaire survey,case interview and other methods to analyze YD health care center Investigation was carried out on the status quo;six indicators of life care,dietary service,sanitation,medical care,culture and entertainment,and spiritual comfort were selected,and the service quality of YD health care center was comprehensively evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;the deficiencies in the professionalism of nursing staff,service items,hardware facilities and other aspects of the organization were analyzed;finally,the improvement measures were given Some suggestions are put forward,such as professional management personnel,enhancing the diversity of service content,further improving hardware facilities and so on.Hope to provide help for the sustainable operation and service quality improvement of high-end pension service institutions.
