The Research Research On The Fusion Development Of Chengdu And Jianyang Under The Background Of Rapid Expansion Of Chengdu Metropolitan Area

China’sChina’s urbanization is still in a period of rapid development.Some mega-cities have developed into metropolitan areas,and these metropolitan areas continue to expand.Some suburbs,cities and small towns in the vicinity may inevitably become passive part of them.In recent years,Chengdu metropolitan area,which has been expanding rapidly,is one of the typical inland metropolitan areas in Western China.At the same time,as an ordinary county-level region,facing this situation,how to integrate the development of Jianyang and Chengdu is the focus of this paper.This paper takes the integration development of Chengdu and Jianyang as the theme,and combines the background of rapid expansion and integration of Chengdu metropolitan area.It uses literature analysis to sort out the theory of region-city,regional integration and other related theories,to analyze the specific factors of Jianyang and Chengdu,and to explore the integration development of Chengdu and Jianyang.This paper finds that there are four main problems in the integration of Jianyang into Chengdu metropolitan area: first,the gap between the development level of Chengdu and that of Jianyang is too big,and the integration of the two cities has obvious inequality;second,the planning and construction of related infrastructure will affect the process of integration;third,the interests of different government,market and society are biased;It is the docking of simplified concepts and policies that needs to be adapted.On the other hand,the thrust of integration development between Chengdu and Jianyang is mainly manifested in three aspects: government planning leading guidance,major project catalysis and market spontaneity.Finally,aiming at the problems and actual situation in the integration development of Chengdu and Jianyang,this paper puts forward several countermeasures for the integration development of simplification and simplification,including perfecting the construction of transportation system and its supporting facilities,planning and guiding the development of industrial production through industrial and spatial paths,and then perfecting the policy system for the integration development of simplification and simplification;finally,deepening the multi-ownership.The cooperative governance system emphasizes the cooperation of the government,market enterprises and the public at various levels and diversified subjects.
