Anti-poverty Research In The Perspective Of Shared Development

Sharing development is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is the summary and deepening of the Chinese Communist Party's understanding of the law of social development.As an old and realistic issue,poverty has always been accompanied by the development of our human society.Shared development concept put forward is a positive response to the current social reality.At present,China is in the stage of decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way.The anti-poverty work in the new era has achieved fruitful results However,there are still imbalances in the development of the country and the widening gap between the rich and the poor.Especially in the perspective of shared development,it is necessary to take targeted measures to better help the new round of poverty alleviation.This paper analyzes the dilemma faced by anti-poverty work in the perspective of sharing development from the perspective of state,society and individual,including the imbalance of productivity development,large rural poor population base,the lack of supply of social systems,and the imbalance of urban and rural development,uneven distribution of medical resources,unequal access to education,the existence of the idea of "waiting,relying,and relying on",lack of employment and entrepreneurship,etc.In view of the different characteristics of these dilemmas,it is proposed to build a poverty alleviation system with the government leading the poor and the masses as the main body.promote the equalization of public services to stabilize the cornerstones of poverty alleviation,deepen the reform of the income distribution system to enhance the poverty reduction effect,and deepen the reform of the medical and health system to enhance poverty alleviation,effectively improve the social security system to stabilize the long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation,strengthen education and training to enhance the poverty-stricken people's poverty-moving endogenous motivation,in order to better promote the development of poverty alleviation and work in China,improve the effectiveness of anti-poverty work,and improve social sharing.Linking the concept of shared development with the task of anti-poverty,recognizing that anti-poverty is the foundation and requirement of shared development;Sharing development is the value pursuit and goal of anti-poverty,recognizing that the anti-poverty process requires the government,the market and the pluralistic main body of society to form a joint force,and is concerned about the future research of anti-poverty and the need to strengthen global cooperation for poverty reduction development,To ensure the achievement of poverty reduction and achieve shared development.
