Research On The Improvement Of TZ Prison Education Reform Based On Curing The Root And Safety

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the main contradiction of the current society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development,people's pursuit of a better life is increasing day by day.A prisoner serving a sentence for a crime becomes an ordinary citizen after his release from prison,there are also expectations for a better life.But the first thing to consider is how to base oneself on the society after serving one,s sentence,how to make the society accept smoothly,become a "qualified product,transformed from prison education to social output.For this reason,prisons must adopt more measures to meet the basic safety requirements in the educational reform work.Criminals are educated and reformed inside prisons,prisons organize criminals to participate in various activities of educational reform in accordance with the provisions of the law,let them confess guilt and repentance for their own violations of the law,correct the value system that is incompatible with social legal norms and moral norms,let them grasp certain legal knowledge.The reform of prison education under the guidance of "bottom line security" is centered on the theme of prison internal security,less consideration is given to the social responsibility of prisons.In the contemporary era of building a government governed by law,the Ministry of Justice has put forward the requirement of "fundamental security",let the prison,the state administrative organ,assume its due social functions.Prison reform through compulsory education,correct the criminal's thought,behavior and other aspects incompatible with social law.After returning to society,criminals who have been reformed through prison education should adapt themselves to the development of society,be accepted by society and be based on society.After the proposition of "curing the root and safety",TZ Prison takes this new requirement as its starting point,a series of improvements have been made in educational reform.But for the limitations of traditional and realistic reasons,there are some difficulties in the process of improving the educational reform of TZ prison.The author of this paper is based on years of practice in prison education and reform,take the improvement of TZ prison education reform as the research object,analysis the impact of " curing the root and safety " on prison education and reform,analysis of the difficulties in the improvement of Educational Reform,analysis of the causes of difficulties.Finally,some suggestions for improvement of education reform based on curing the root and safety are put forward.
