Study On Current Status And Problems Of "Internet+Government Service" In Yandu District Of Yancheng City

The first launch of the "Internet +" action plan was in 2015,when Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council proposed the plan in a government report.Many experts say this will have profound social,cultural,environmental,economic,resource and infrastructure implications and will create a "new normal" to drive innovation-driven development.This was the first year that the concept of "Internet" appeared in the government's work report,and it also became the highlight of the work report of the year.The "Internet +" action plan is to integrate the Internet and traditional industries and provide them with more space to develop.These traditional industries will include various fields such as health care,education,logistics,and finance.The launch of this plan,More new industries and forms will emerge.Prime minister Li Keqiang signed the same year.On July 1 of that year,the State Council issued the "Guidance on Actively Promoting the" Internet Plus "Action.The release of this guidance has greatly promoted the development of the Internet and triggered the Internet industry.There has been a major change.It has promoted the expansion of the Internet from the consumption field to the production field,accelerated the development of the Internet industry,strengthened innovation in other industries,and became an important measure to establish new advantages and new impetus for economic and social development.In order to innovate the institutional system and deepen the administrative system reform,Jiangsu province issued the 13 th five-year plan for national economic and social development of Jiangsu province,which gives clear instructions for the main goals of future development.We will continue to streamline administration,delegate power,integrate management and optimize services.We will continue to promote decentralization,decentralization and service optimization.The birth of "Internet +"provides a fair,independent and free space for the government.It can realize online office and service in an innovative model by using social public administrators as public service providers.Therefore,by strengthening the "Internet + government service",wewill vigorously promote the development of e-government,and at the same time continue to explore innovations in institutional mechanisms and deepen government reform.Based on the above background,in the case of Yandu District of Yancheng City,the concept of "Internet + government service" was initially understood through the study and analysis of relevant theoretical foundations.The final goal of the text research was to determine the "Internet + government service" in Yandu District of Yancheng City.Second,Through the understanding of the current situation of "Internet +government service" in Yandu District of Yancheng City,and the use of literature research,comparative analysis and qualitative analysis,the present situation of "Internet+ government service" in Yandu District of Yancheng City is simply summarized.This paper points out the main problems in the process of "Internet + government service" in yandu district of yancheng city and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Then,through comparative analysis method,it analyzes the successful experience of government service under the background of "Internet +" at home and abroad.Some enlightenment.Finally,according to the problems existing in the development of "Internet + government service" in yandu district of yancheng city,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put countermeasures of "Internet + Government Service" in Yandu District of Yancheng City,aiming to provide a certain degree of "Internet +Government Services" in Yandu District,Yancheng City.The reference,but because the "Internet + Government Services" system is a systematic and comprehensive project involving a wide range of content,due to limited capabilities and human,financial,time and other constraints,analytical research is not deep enough,lack of comprehensiveness and systematicness.I will use this paper as an opportunity to improve the theoretical level through in-depth investigation and unremitting study,with a view to better putting it into practice in the construction of the "Internet + Government Service" system.
