Study On The Government Function In The Development Of Rural Tourism In Panhuang Town Yandu District Yancheng City

With the development of social economy,urban residents' income and leisure time increase,and rural tourism featuring rural production and life,rural folk customs and rural pastoral scenery develops rapidly.The achievements of foreign rural tourism are closely related to the support of governments.In the development of rural tourism in China,local governments attach great importance to the functions of planning guidance,supporting facilities,connotation promotion and brand marketing,which has greatly played the role of rural tourism in rural revitalization.But the local government in its function display also exist many problems in rural tourism development,the author of this paper contrapose the lack of the functions of the government in rural tourism development in Panhuang town Yandu district Yancheng city,such as short supply of public goods as infrastructure,lack of characteristic in rural tourism,lag behind on the construction of information release platform,imperfect management and service mechanism of rural tourism.On the basis of the theory of public goods and externality theory,and theory of service-oriented government,analyze reason,and find the main reasons are the lack of planning lead,the lack of diversified fund support,the lack of promotion,and the lack of talent cultivation and introduction.Propose to establish diverse system of evaluating political achievements,strengthen the characteristics of tourism products,improve the supply mechanism of public goods,optimize the development environment of panhuang rural tourism.In order to improve the quality and comprehensive benefits of the development of panhuang rural tourism and meet the growing diversified,personalized,emotional,experiential needs of tourists.Spare no effort to build demonstration of rural tourism characteristic of regional culture as the core,natural ecological agriculture based on,efficient agriculture production,cultivate new forms of tourism brand of characteristic,functional,convenient transportation,service facilities,beautiful environment,strong attraction.
