Research On The Comprehensive Development Of Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,China's urbanization process is also accelerating.The rural economy and society have developed rapidly.However,due to the entrenched dual structure,rural development is still subject to many restrictions.Compared with the development of the rural areas,it is still possible to see a large gap,and the backwardness of the rural areas needs to be improved.The Chinese Communist Party always remembers its initial heart and always thinks about seeking a better life and a happy home for the Chinese general public.It has made tremendous efforts and issued a series of document policies.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the main requirements put forward in the "Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy" are "prosperous production,beautiful ecology,customs and civilization,reasonable governance,and prosperous life".This is the road to rural construction in the new era.Indicated the direction.Based on this,the author takes the comprehensive development status of Ningyang County of Shandong Province as an example to explore the comprehensive development of rural areas.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background,research purpose,significance and research of this paper.Methods,data and other issues;the second part is the concept and theoretical explanation,mainly describes the concepts and theories related to rural revitalization involved in this paper;the third part is the main problems existing in the rural revitalization of Ningyang County,through the 1,100 rural workers conducted surveys and interviews to summarize the problems in the rural development of Ningyang County,and combined with the report of the 19 th National Congress,“prosperous production,beautiful ecology,customs and civilization,reasonable governance,and prosperous life” System,analysis,in order to obtain accurate conclusions;the fourth part is the analysis of existing problems,from the rural industrial development,rural environmental construction,rural civilization construction,rural governance,rural living affluence,etc.to find out the problem of various indicators,and Analyze its underlying causes;the fifth part isopinions and suggestions,from optimization The five aspects of industrial layout,improvement of ecological environment,promotion of civilization construction,governance innovation,and improvement of residents' wealth are given.Suggestions and suggestions are given in combination with reasons.The sixth part is the conclusion of this paper,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages involved in this paper.The research in this paper hopes to be able to closely contact the case and to see the main problems and solutions for the comprehensive development of rural China in the context of rural revitalization.Focusing on the five first-level indicators of rural revitalization in the report of the 19 th National Congress,we will conduct a research on the “three rural” as an organic whole.I will present the information I have in mind from five aspects and propose corresponding countermeasures.I hope to help the country's revitalization of the rural strategy.
