| Over the past 40 years since China's reform and opening up,tremendous changes have taken place in politics,economy,culture,society and ecology,and remarkable achievements have been made,creating many unprecedented miracles and shocking the world.In the process of urbanization and modernization,the countryside is changing with each passing day,and the living standard and quality of the masses have been significantly improved.In October 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward for the first time in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China the "strategy of rural revitalization",realizing the modernization of agricultural countryside,building beautiful countryside,solving the long-standing rural problems in China's rural society,resolving the prominent contradiction between the unbalanced development of urban and rural areas and inadequate development within the countryside in the process of development,building beautiful countryside,Kang society is of epochal significance.The strategy of Rural Revitalization is a complex systematic project and a new subject.How to effectively implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and realize the prosperity and development of the countryside,there are relatively few domestic related studies,especially those combined with the field situation.Therefore,in this paper,Yuanyang County of Henan Province as the main research object,to carry out the relevant issues of rural revitalization.Yuanyang County,located in the hinterland of the Central Plains urban agglomeration under construction,is a provincial poverty-stricken county determined by Henan Province in 2002.In recent years,Yuanyang County has been committed to rural construction and people's wealth.Especially after the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put forward,the governments at all levels in Yuanyang County and the masses were determined to win the battle to fight against poverty and keep up with the pace of the Party and the state to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper combines theoretical research with field research to analyze the experience and problems of rural construction in Yuanyang County and their causes.It also explores the effective path of Rural Revitalization in Yuanyang County by drawing lessons from the experience and methods of rural construction at home and abroad,and provides reference for rural construction in other areas.On the basis of fully understanding the relevant theories of Rural Revitalization strategy,the author analyses the significance of Implementing Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new era.Through field visits,we can understand the implementation and development of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yuanyang County,analyze the main practices and experience gained in rural construction,and summarize the current problems and causes.The main problems of rural construction in Yuanyang County are: lagging agricultural technology promotion,leading enterprises have not yet formed scale,imperfect rural planning system,weak rural infrastructure construction,low level of villagers' cultural quality,chaotic rural governance,large gap between rich and poor,etc.In view of these common problems and combining the experience of rural construction at home and abroad,the following measures are put forward: building a modern industrial system to realize the prosperity of rural industry;training more knowledge,technology and other talents for rural construction to realize the revitalization of rural talents;establishing a new concept of rural governance,taking the road of green development;cultivating new era culture,remolding cultural self-confidence,and building.Beautiful countryside,etc.With the opportunity of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,we should vigorously promote the construction of beautiful countryside,promote the prosperity and development of Chinese society,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. |
