Study On Spatial Differentiation Of Residents' Well-being Level In Shanxi Province

With the gradual realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the principal contradiction in society has been transformed into a contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.Improving the well-being of people's livelihood has become the fundamental goal of development.The people's health status,education level and income level are the important embodiment of the residents' well-being level.Based on the perspective of human development,this paper carries on the quantitative evaluation and the spatial difference analysis of the residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province.We can not only fully understand the changes in the level of development of residents' well-being in Shanxi Province,but also control the spatial distribution of residents' well-being level in an overall way.The coordinated development of the residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province provides a certain theoretical basis.Based on the calculation method of human development index,this paper takes 11 prefecture cities of Shanxi Province as the object of study,and studies the development and change of residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province from 1982 to 2015,based on the calculation method of human development index.The structural evolution of residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province is analyzed by using the "triaxial map" method.By using the methods of standard deviation,spatial autocorrelation and spatial direction trend analysis,the spatial distribution characteristics and changes of residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province are studied.This paper probes into the influencing factors of spatial difference of residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of regional residents' well-being level.The results show that :(1)from the point of view of the development and change of residents' well-being level,the residents' health index,education index and income index of Shanxi Province all show a continuous upward trend,which promotes the continuous improvement of the human development index.The level of development of residents' well-being gradually develops from low level of well-being to high level of well-being of residents,and the structure of residents' well-being level is accompanied by the continuous improvement of the income index,and the dominant position is changed from health index to education index.The three indices tend to be balanced gradually,and the structure of residents' well-being level tends to be optimized.Among the 11 prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province,Taiyuan City and Jinzhong City have entered the stage of extremely high level of residents' well-being,while the remaining 9 cities are in the stage of high-level residents' well-being.Central Luliang City,Xinzhou City and Yuncheng City overall human development index ranking behind,the level of residents' well-being is relatively low.(2)from the perspective of spatial differentiation in the level of residents' well-being,parts of Shanxi Province present small highlands of well-being in the Jinzhong region dominated by Taiyuan City,Jinzhong City and Yangquan City,and welfare depressions in the northwest of Shanxi Province dominated by Xinzhou City and Lvliang City.Linfen City,Yuncheng City,Changzhi City,Jincheng-dominated Jinnan Jinsoutheast area of low-welfare areas,Datong City,Shuozhou City-based North Jinbei areas with unstable levels of well-being;Observed from the spatial direction,the development trend of the residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province has changed from "west low east high" to "middle high end low" with the passage of time,and the south-north has developed from "north high to south low" to "north-south low".The trend of "middle high end and low" trend,and the spatial direction of the development differences continue to expand,the central region does not play the role of "growth pole" radiation to promote the development of the surrounding areas.(3)through the analysis of influencing factors of spatial difference of residents' well-being level,it is found that economic growth factors,public financial expenditure,industrialization process and urbanization level restrict the balanced development of residents' well-being level in Shanxi Province,starting from various influencing factors.In order toimprove the level of residents' well-being and narrow the gap of residents' well-being level among regions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
