Research And Design Of Urban Management Law Enforcement System Based On Mobile Intelligent Terminal

In this dissertation,a research has been made on the base of mobile intelligent terminal.With the development of information technology,the electronic government affairs brought huge influence to people's economy and society,have become important in today's information construction.Mobile law enforcement department of city management as an important component of e-government,the emphasis in recent years.But the traditional urban management law enforcement,low efficiency of law enforcement,law enforcement is not transparent,working cost is high.Therefore,efficient and convenient mobile enforcement system to improve the efficiency of law enforcement personnel work,to realize how important it is transparent and fair enforcement.This article introduces the research background,analysis the urban management mobile enforcement system in domestic and overseas research status,this paper expounds the research purpose and thesis structure.On this basis,the demand for urban management mobile enforcement system has carried on the detailed analysis,has been clear about the mobile client platform for law enforcement and the client functional requirements,as well as the system of the various business requirements.And then to the design of system in detail,including architecture design,function module design,and the design and analysis of each function module in detail.In this paper,based on B/S architecture,using J2EE technology for implementing the development of mobile law enforcement system,were shown to each business function module analysis,and the test process and results of system analysis are described.The urban management moving law enforcement system mainly realize the function of a landing system,attendance localization,path query,filing,filing procedure of examination and approval,law enforcement and query,etc.System management module,the administrator can be used to set parameters to the system and to manage user roles and permissions,and the information of the users of the system maintenance.Attendance positioning module mainly on outside law enforcement patrol and law enforcement personnel to monitor the position of the.Path query module can query the trajectories of law enforcement officers.Initiate an approval module a simple process of enforcement,and start the approval process.Filing procedure mainly to the operation of the administrative punishment case registration approval process.Law enforcement and forensic storage law enforcement information and management information to law enforcement.Design realize the movement of the law enforcement system,this paper combines the intelligent terminal and J2EE technology,a variety of information and communication technology,the daily work of business can satisfy the urban management enforcement,meet out law enforcement law enforcement personnel information query,the demand of the field case,solved the original low work efficiency and subsequent processing problem such as time-consuming,greatly improving the efficiency of the law enforcement personnel.
