The casualties caused by firefighters during rescue can be significantly avoided and reduced by carrying firemen's special call unit.There are two main problems in the existing firemen's special call unit: one is that the function is single and the rescue site information cannot be obtained;the other is that they cannot communicate with the command background in real time and they cannot be evacuated in time if it encounters danger.Based on the intelligent and networked development needs of firemen's special call unit,this paper develops a fire-fighting intelligent terminal system based on the Internet of Things,composed of firemen's special call unit,mobile phone APP and background command terminal with the firemen's special call unit consisting of on-site environmental information collection,state detection,satellite positioning,sound and light alarm,liquid crystal display,personnel information black box,lighting,data communication and other functions.firemen's special call unit collects the rescue site information after analysis to store,display and through the wireless Mesh network transmitted to the background command,the commander can grasp the situation of each firefighter through the background to command firefighter to retreat or rescue people in distress,or through the mobile phone APP to alarm parameter configuration and read the black box data.The main contents of this paper is to complete the design and development of firemen's special call unit and mobile phone APP from two aspects of hardware and software.Main content: 1)according to the system function to complete the main function module selection of firemen's special call unit: multiple sensors,main control chip and display screen,etc.,and determine the communication module: low-power Bluetooth and wireless Mesh ad hoc network module.2)The hardware circuit design and software design of the firemen's special call unit: the hardware is divided into microcontroller module,power supply system,information acquisition module,storage module,sound and light alarm module,LCD display module and data communication module,information acquisition module includes: positioning,status detection,temperature,battery power and altitude;The software part is based on the C language to complete main program of firemen's special call unit,information acquisition module driver,data storage module program,audio and light alarm program,LCD display program and data communication module program.3)Mobile APP software design: in Android system using the Java language to complete the three functions of alarm time setting,temperature alarm threshold setting and black box alarm information reading.The system module testing and integration testing,after extensive testing,the function of each module is normal,the system can work normally and stably,and meet the design objectives.
