Study On Strategy Of Improving Public Credibility Of S Municipal Government In Hebei Province

With the development of society in recent years,some local government sectors deviated from the objective of serving the people for the economic development and interest of department.The authority and credibility of the government are weakening.However,government credibility played an important role in the development and is also related to the fundamental interests of the people.Based on this theory,this thesis takes S city of Hebei province as object of study and makes research and discussions about government credibility of S city.Firstly,this thesis introduces the background,significance and current situation,and makes a summary of contents and methods;Secondly,this thesis presents the related concepts and theories of government credibility;Thirdly,this thesis investigates the current government credibility of S city through questionnaire,which collates credibility problems and analyzed the reasons.If finds that on the government credibility there are the lagged change of governance,lackness of transparency in government information,unstable public policies,low quality of civil servants and the government ability which can not meet the public demand.Through the analysis of the credibility problems and reasons,the thesis explore the way of enhancement of the government credibility,such as innovating governance concept,stabilizing the government policies,meeting the rational public interests,improving the supervision and accountability mechanism,perfecting the mechanism of government affairs publicity,strengthening the construction of civil servant teams,optimizing the environment of the authority and so on.At last,it comes the summary and prospect of the full research.The thesis take S city as an example and objective of study,is in order to provide a theoretical basis for the construction and improvement of theoretical credibility system of S city,At the same time,the thesis provides practical countermeasures for improvement of the credibility,which also have strong practical significance for improving evaluation and recognition of the municipal government by public.
