Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the whole country has set off a storm of anti-corruption from top to bottom.In recent years,through the efforts of discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels,China's party style and clean government construction and anti-corruption struggle have achieved great results.From "big tigers" to "small flies ",discipline inspection and supervision cadres have handed over a satisfactory answer sheet to the party and the people.At present,the effect of not daring to corrupt,can not corrupt,do not want to corrupt is forming,the construction of party style and clean government and the struggle against corruption need to be further consolidated and developed.Although the fight against corruption has achieved a series of achievements,we can not relax,we must face up to the problems around us.In particular,the problem of anti-corruption around the grassroots people is still frequent,which requires giving full play to the role of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in villages and towns(streets),and clearing the way for the "last kilometer" fight against corruption.On the basis of Herzberg's theory of two factors,the author investigated the incentive problem of the township(street)discipline inspection and supervision cadres in N districts of M city in the form of a questionnaire.The author found that the problems in health care factors mainly include poor interpersonal relationship,low salary and welfare,and work pressure.The problems in incentive factors mainly include three aspects: the incentive function of examination system is not obvious,the satisfaction of cadre selection mechanism is low,and the reward and punishment mechanism is difficult to mobilize enthusiasm.The problems existing in these two factors not only affect the satisfaction of the township(street) discipline inspection and supervision cadres in N districts of M city to the discipline inspection and supervision work,but also hinder the enthusiasm of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres.If we do not pay attention to the above problems and do not take appropriate measures to solve them,it is difficult for discipline inspection and supervision cadres to achieve a good working state,which will inevitably affect the high quality development of discipline inspection and supervision work at the grass-roots level,and affect the well-being of the people at the grass-roots level and the sense of trust in the government.Therefore,the author analyzes the causes of the above problems and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.In terms of health care factors,the author proposes to solve the problems by strengthening publicity and education,improving the salary system,promoting the "return" of the party committee,and carrying out training in a timely manner.In terms of incentive factors,the author proposes to solve the problems by improving the assessment system,breaking the cadre selection mechanism,and scientific use of the reward and punishment mechanism.It is hoped that this study can optimize the existing problems in the encouragement of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in towns(streets)of N district of M city,improve the work enthusiasm of discipline inspection and supervision cadres,and further consolidate and develop the construction of clean government and anti-corruption work at the grass-roots level.The state attaches great importance to the work of building a clean and honest party,which is the fundamental guarantee for the long-term stability of a country.For the discipline inspection and supervision departments at the grass-roots level,the construction of a clean and honest party style is related to the image of cadres,social atmosphere,people's heart and development and stability,and it is a political task that must be grasped well.Therefore,the incentive problem of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in villages and towns(streets)must be attached great importance to,and actively explore a series of effective solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of work,so as to ensure the political ecology of the grass-roots government.
