Research On Grid Governanceof Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Fine Management

Economic development has driven urban-rural integration,accelerated China's urbanization process,and greatly improved the quality of life of urban residents.However,urban community governance has become a derivative problem of urbanization.Only at all levels of provinces,cities and counties that pay attention to the elaborate governance of the community can we continuously solve the difficulties brought about by urbanization.In recent years,China has changed the traditional methods and models of community governance,using modern high-tech management models and management concepts for centralized and refined governance of communities.Judging from the current development process of urbanization,the traditional community governance model has been difficult to adapt to the requirements of urbanization development.The government should change the traditional single-subject management and administrative methods that only use economic means to intervene in the community.This extensive management method is difficult to form an institutionalized and scientific new way of community governance.It is not only difficult to improve public satisfaction,but also greatly Reduced administrative efficiency.The improvement of the refined level of urban community governance can promote the development of China's cities to a certain extent,and has extremely high practical significance.This article takes the urban community grid governance and refined management theory as the theoretical support,using case analysis and literature research methods to find out the current dilemma of urban community grid governance in Lijin County.Through research,it is found that the lack of government organizations " "Customer-oriented" awareness,lack of sophisticated governance tools for urban communities,lack of systematic top-level design,urban governance network model,single governance method,etc.;in the context of combined refined management theory,specific recommendations are made for corresponding dilemmas: promotion Urban community refined service awareness,the use of Internet platforms,innovative governance tools,the promotion of the diversified development of the urban community grid management system,and the improvement of the urban community grid management model and other measures to improve the urban community grid in Lijin County Governance system.Construct more diversified,professional and intelligent public service levels and quality,so that community residents can get more sense of security and happiness.
