The development of Internet technology has brought people into the self-media era.The traditional one-way communication mode from media to individuals has changed.Everyone can express their emotions,attitudes and interests demands through self-media platforms.In this context,the development and changes of online public opinion are more complicated.Therefore,analyzing the developing state and characteristics of online public opinion in the self-media era is an inevitable topic of the times.This study starts with the related concepts of self-media and online public opinion,using web crawler as the basis for information collection,and comprehensively uses various data analysis methods.This paper analyzes the characteristics of online public opinion in the self-media era by analyzing ten hot public opinion events in 2019 as a whole and one event of "classification of household refuse".In the whole analysis of the ten hot public opinion events of household refuse,it is concluded that self-media has become the main source of information from the aspects of information channel,classification discrimination,public opinion pressure index and regional distribution.It can also be conclude that In the field of public administration and social contradiction,public opinion is frequent and public opinion pressure index changes with the economic and social development of provinces.All of these have drawn a full picture of the online public opinion environment in 2019.In the online public opinion single case analysis of "classification of household refuse",we can draw a conclusion that micro-blog is the main channel of communication from aspects of the sequence of events,the trend of publicopinion evolution,the visualization of word cloud map and the communication channels.We also get information of the event public opinion center,the time period corresponding to each evolution period,the topic hot word word cloud picture.At the same time,the dissemination of the event's in micro-blog from the media platform was also analyzed,and conclusions were drawn on the characteristics of the dissemination,the regional hotness of each province,the sentimental tendency of the speech,the top ten opinion leaders,and the dissemination effect.Finally,through various aspects of analysis,suggestions are given for responding to online public opinion in the self-media era for different subjects.
